1. Click the Accounts tab from the navigation bar.
2. Type in the university’s name in the search box.
3. Select the university from the Accounts list.
4. Click Terms tab from the selected Account.
5. Click the New button.
6. Fill in the terms details.
- Note: Fill in Previous Term if this term continues on from an earlier term.
7. When complete, click Save.
- Note: For an online class, complete as in step 6 but in Term Label select Online from the list.
