Are you looking for the ability to send emails to a general company email address (ie: email@example.com)?
Are you hoping this will be generated whenever a Lead is created?
Salesforce might only allow Lead Assignment Rules to send email to use a queue, but here is our way around it: Use Workflow/ Process Builder.
Create a workflow/process builder to send out email alerts whenever a lead is created.
On the email alert, fill in the general company email address in the Additional Emails section.
Note: You can leave the recipients section empty.
