Salesforce To Allow Multiple Contacts Per Lead

There has been an ongoing request for SF to allow tracking and converting multiple contacts per lead. The logical reason behind this is the salesperson may need to liaise with different user contact roles within an organisation during pre-sales stage. And it’s vital that these user roles get converted to be SF contacts when the lead prospect is qualified.


Our proposed model allows:

  • multiple n-contacts to be created at lead level
  • converting n-contacts into SF contact
